By using onescale you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

The service

onescale lets you create a store, put your brand on supplements from our catalog, set prices and sell online.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for everything that happens in your account. You must be at least 18 to use onescale.

Subscriptions and billing

• Plans are billed monthly in advance: Basic at $49 per month and Pro at $199 per month.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Payments are handled by Stripe.

Your products and claims

You are responsible for how you market and sell your products, including any health claims, and for following the laws that apply where you sell.

Acceptable use

Don't use onescale for anything illegal, misleading or harmful. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Limitation of liability

onescale is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages.

Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we will let you know by email or on the site.
